By accessing and using ReplyBro (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of ReplyBro, a Chrome extension designed to help X (Twitter) users grow their reach by replying smarter. The Service is owned and operated by Danylo Shliakhetko (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

ReplyBro is a Chrome extension that:

• Scans posts in your X (Twitter) feed
• Filters posts by reply potential
• Scores each post based on engagement likelihood
• Helps you focus on high-potential reply opportunities

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for spam or harassment
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Danylo Shliakhetko and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or publicly display any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

ReplyBro may offer paid subscription plans. Payment processing is handled by Paddle, our third-party payment processor. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize Paddle to charge your payment method
• Notify us of any changes to your payment information

Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase
• You have not violated these Terms of Use
• The refund request is made through proper channels
• You provide a valid reason for the refund request

8.2 Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. Include your order number and reason for the refund
3. We will process your request within 5-7 business days
4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

8.3 Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

• More than 14 days have passed since the initial purchase
• You have violated these Terms of Use
• You have used the Service extensively (more than 80% of subscription period)
• Refund requests made after subscription renewal

8.4 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing times, typically 3-10 business days.

8.5 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback instead of following our refund process, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may suspend or terminate your account.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical difficulties
• Third-party service outages
• Force majeure events

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• You remain liable for any outstanding payments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
